Where will you be working?
As a partner of the units, ArtEZ's Service Company is committed to providing the best possible education and research. The Service Company is characterized by a wide variety of expertise, with colleagues complementing each other and working together to achieve the best results. The following departments are represented within the Service Company: Financial and Economic Affairs, HR, Student Affairs, ICT, Facilities, Housing, Education & Quality, Library, and Marketing & Communication.

The Housing Department is part of ArtEZ's Service Company. The team consists of 4 FTEs.

What will you be doing?
As a Real Estate Maintenance Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing the planned maintenance of our buildings. This means you will be involved in the realization of components defined in the MJOP (Multi-Year Maintenance Plan) focused on mechanical components.
 

Minimum experience and education

•  HBO/WO working and thinking level;
•  At least 10 years of relevant work experience;
•  Experience with European tenders and mini-competitions;
•  Experience with MJOP software and MS Office.
