The Housing Department is part of ArtEZ's Service Company. The team consists of 4 FTEs.

What will you be doing?
As a Real Estate Maintenance Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing the planned maintenance of our buildings. This means you will be involved in the realization of components defined in the MJOP (Multi-Year Maintenance Plan) focused on mechanical components.
 

Minimum experience and education

  •  HBO/WO working and thinking level;
  •  At least 10 years of relevant work experience;
  •  Experience with European tenders and mini-competitions;
  •  Experience with MJOP software and MS Office.
 

Skills and competencies

  • Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written, at C1 level;
  • Analytical thinking skills;
  • Solution-oriented, accurate, flexible, and independent;
  • Can independently handle complex technical questions;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Flexible.
